Connect gBizINFO to ChatGPT
Query gBizINFO directly from ChatGPT. Arlet links the two through one MCP connection and takes care of API keys.
This server connects your AI client to the gBizINFO REST API operated by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. gBizINFO aggregates government-held information about companies - keyed by the 13-digit corporate number - into a single database.
Key features:
- Search companies by name, corporate number, prefecture, capital, or headcount.
- Fetch a company's basic profile: registered name, address, representative, capital, employees, business summary, and website.
- Fetch per-company records by category: subsidies received, public procurement contracts, certifications and notifications, commendations, financial statements, patents, and workplace data.
Because everything is keyed by corporate number, gBizINFO pairs naturally with the Corporate Number System API (find the number first) and EDINET (deep-dive into listed companies' filings).
Using the API requires a free API token issued via the gBizINFO Web API application form. Set it as GBIZINFO_API_TOKEN in your Arlet environment variables.
