Connect Public Research (Europe) to Gemini Enterprise
Query Public Research (Europe) directly from Gemini Enterprise. Arlet links the two through one MCP connection and takes care of API keys.
An index of reports and announcements published by public institutions of Europe (#1258), built from their official feeds. Nothing is stored server-side (fetched on call, short-lived memory cache only).
Cards are split by which institution published a report: this card carries only public institutions of Europe; other countries' institutions live on their own cards.
Tools:
- search_europe_public_reports: keyword search (omit query for newest first).
- fetch_report_content: always returns available=false plus the official URL (metadata-only index).
Institutions covered (4; feeds and each institution's terms of use verified against primary sources on 2026-08-12):
- European Central Bank (ecb.europa.eu, id: eu-ecb) - Free use of website information permitted; must be reproduced accurately with the ECB cited as the source (ECB website terms)
- European Central Bank - Publications (ecb.europa.eu, id: eu-ecb-pub) - Authored ECB papers (Working/Occasional Papers): reproduction requires the ECB's prior written authorisation - title and link only here (title and link only, no description shown)
- European Commission (ec.europa.eu, id: eu-commission) - CC BY 4.0 (Commission Decision 2011/833/EU)
- European Banking Authority (eba.europa.eu, id: eu-eba) - Reproduction of EBA material authorised provided the source is acknowledged (EBA legal notice)
Per-record `license` and `tos_url` carry the reuse terms. Where an institution requires permission for reproduction or commercial use, the official description is withheld and only title, date and URL are returned.
