Connect Public Research (India) to Copilot Studio
Query Public Research (India) directly from Copilot Studio. Arlet links the two through one MCP connection and takes care of API keys.
An index of reports and announcements published by public institutions of India (#1258), built from their official feeds. Nothing is stored server-side (fetched on call, short-lived memory cache only).
Cards are split by which institution published a report: this card carries only public institutions of India; other countries' institutions live on their own cards.
Tools:
- search_india_public_reports: keyword search (omit query for newest first).
- fetch_report_content: always returns available=false plus the official URL (metadata-only index).
Institutions covered (3; feeds and each institution's terms of use verified against primary sources on 2026-08-12):
- Reserve Bank of India - Press Releases (rbi.org.in, id: in-rbi) - Reproduction permitted if accurate and unmodified, with the source prominently acknowledged (RBI website policy)
- Reserve Bank of India - Publications (rbi.org.in, id: in-rbi-pub) - Reproduction permitted if accurate and unmodified, with the source prominently acknowledged (RBI website policy)
- Reserve Bank of India - Notifications (rbi.org.in, id: in-rbi-notif) - Reproduction permitted if accurate and unmodified, with the source prominently acknowledged (RBI website policy)
Per-record `license` and `tos_url` carry the reuse terms. Where an institution requires permission for reproduction or commercial use, the official description is withheld and only title, date and URL are returned.
How to connect Public Research (India) to Copilot Studio

In the Arlet dashboard, open Data tools, find Public Research (India) and switch it on. No API key setup is needed.

Sign in to Copilot Studio with your work account, create a new agent (or open an existing one), and in the Build tab choose Tools → + → Add → Model Context Protocol (MCP) in the right panel.

In the Add MCP server form, enter "Arlet" as the Server name, https://mcp.arlet.dev/mcp/ as the Server URL, choose OAuth 2.0 for Authentication and "Dynamic (detected)" for Configuration type, then click Add. No Client ID / Secret is needed.

On the Select a connection screen, choose Create new connection → Create, then sign in with Google on the Arlet authorization screen and click Allow. Click Add to attach the tool to the agent, then Publish to use it from Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Requires a Microsoft work account and a Copilot Studio license (or trial). MCP is available only for agents using generative orchestration and not in Copilot Studio in Teams.
